A 5 Hour Course
Completing the CareerLeader Assessment, reviewing the market analysis, creating a podcast about yourself, and making your decisions will take you around 5 hours. Not bad for figuring out some really important questions... like your career destination!
Coaching Session Included!
Beta Group participants will receive a coaching session (Valued at $200) with LAUNCHPAD founder Marcus Castain. You will discuss your CareerLeader assessment, market insights, 5-Year Vision, and Top 4 choices as well as offer feedback on the course.

- Complete the 1-hour CareerLeader assessment and receive a detailed report of your interests, motivators, skills, CareerMatch, and CultureMatch. (Note: $30 fee due directly to CareerLeader)
- Use AI to create a podcast about yourself and your career possibilities given your unique profile
Lesson 1-2: Market Trends and the Future
- Understand market trends that are impacting the future and will impact your career
- Identify trends that will likely impact your future, learn how to navigate these trends to create career opportunities for yourself
Lesson 1-3: Career Decision-Making
- Set a 5-Year Career Vision for yourself
- Prioritize your Top 4 Choices (Industry Vertical, Job Function, Geographic Preference, and Organizational Type)
Lesson 1-4: Complete a Coaching Appointment
- Review your deliverables with a LAUNCHPAD Career Coach and receive feedback on your 5-Year Career Vision and Top 4 Choices
